The concept of SHABU AUCE (All U Can Eat) is inspired from the Mongolian Tradition of Nabemono, or “one pot” cooking. In traditional shabu-shabu, thin slices of beef are placed in a communal pot of boiling water and swished back and forth until cooked.
SHABU AUCE tries to reinvent this traditional culinary dish by providing an individual pot for each person. With this individual pot everyone can have his/her own choice of soup and personlize his/her own shabu-shabu dishes.
